The growth of the tourism sector is currently evident, especially the increase in demand for inland tourist destinations, as both a main and a complementary offering. This study aims to discover the level of satisfaction as perceived by overnight tourists in a complementary destination and whether this affects their loyalty level and willingness to recommend the destination town of Ronda. The analysis of the results gives us a better understanding and knowledge of the tourist behavior in this complementary destination, in order to provide information to public-private entities for policy-making and improvements to the quality of service.
